Our holsters are backed by a lifetime warranty against most things. Scratches and fading are not backed by this warranty.
Since most of our items are made to order, there are no returns on any of our products. If the product is a non-custom item (excludes all kydex gear) then they may only be reterned if they are new and un-opened. There are some circumstances if it was a result of our mistake. In that case, there are two options. One, once the item is returned, you will be issued a full refund. Option two, we will exchage your item for the correct item you ordered. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship to the US only. Hodges Tactical is NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
We ship through USPS and use priorty mail (1-3 days). Priority mail is insured and gives you tracking information and delivery confirmation. Once your item ships, you will recive two emails. One is a shipping confirmation and the other provides you with tracking information.
